I have received the wrong item. What can I do?

You may notice that receiving an incorrect digital item is extremely rare, as our system automatically delivers the product selected at checkout. Please log in to your account, go to Accounts → Orders, and verify that the item you purchased matches what you intended to order. If a different product was selected at checkout, we are unable to offer exchanges or replacements.

If you purchased the correct item but received a different file by email, please contact us with the following:

  • a screenshot of your order confirmation, and
  • a screenshot of the incorrect file you received.

Once we have reviewed the information, we will advise you on the next steps.
