THE GENUYN Refund Policy For Digital Products

All sales are final. Due to the nature of digital products, which are instantly delivered and cannot be returned, we generally do not offer refunds or exchanges once the download link has been provided.

 

1. Digital Products (PDF Downloads)
By purchasing a digital product from our store, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Instant Delivery: The product is digital content and is delivered immediately.

  • Download Limits: To prevent abuse, your download link is valid for a limited time and a limited number of attempts. Please ensure you save the file to your device immediately after purchase.

  • Binding Non-Refundable Agreement: By checking the required box at checkout and completing your purchase, you have explicitly acknowledged and agreed that this product is non-refundable, and all sales are final.

 

2. Damages and Issues (Exceptions)
We are committed to the quality of our products. In the event of a technical defect, our primary remedy is to provide a replacement (corrected file).

We will offer a replacement under the following technical circumstances:

  • Corrupt or Defective File: The file is damaged, creates an error message, or will not open.
  • Wrong Item Sent: The file you received does not match the product description of your purchase.
  • Incomplete Content: The file has missing pages or unreadable content.

Note: Exceeding the download limits (time or attempts) is not considered a product defect. If your link has expired, please contact us for assistance.
If you experience any of the technical issues listed above, please contact us at support@thegenuyn.com with your order number and a screenshot of the issue. We will promptly send you a new download link or a corrected file. A refund will be issued solely in the event that we are unable to provide a functioning file or rectify the technical issue.

 

3. Refunds Process
If your refund request is approved due to the technical issues mentioned above, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

 

4. European Union Customers Right of Withdrawal Exception
Normally, consumers in the EU have a 14-day right of withdrawal. However, this right does not apply to digital content (PDF downloads) once the performance has begun.
By checking the required box at checkout, you have:

  1. Expressly consented to the immediate delivery of the content; and

  2. Acknowledged that you lose your right of withdrawal once the download starts or the link is delivered. Therefore, the 14-day cooling-off period is effectively waived and sales are final immediately upon purchase.
